I absolutely loved working with Emily and Brian these past few months. Both of them are so kind and sweet, and it was the best way to end my weddings this year watching them walk down the aisle together and become husband and wife! Their ceremony and reception was held at Garden on the Green, and it was a beautiful location. Since they were married just about a week shy of Christmas, they opted to incorporate little nods to the season in their decor, and it was beyond perfect to see how it all came together. From the giant christmas tree in the foyer, to the simple and minimalist wreath and chandelier for the ceremony, it was just beautiful and so incredibly pretty!
During the reception Emily’s brothers kindly scooped ice cream sundaes for all the guests, and this was after Emily’s mother brought out all the food she had prepared-including the taco shells (yes, she made those!) and everything was delicious and a huge feat to make food for all the guests! I was super impressedAs friends got up to read scripture, poems, sing, and preform I was so touched seeing the love all the people present have for these two, and also witnessing Brian and Emily’s love for each other.
Dancing, cake cutting, and more dancing ended the night. I drove home so happy for good love that I get to see, and for watching the kindness of so many people who worked hard to make their wedding day so beautiful and perfect. Brian and Emily, thank you again for thinking of me to capture your wedding day as well as your engagements and bridals. It was a treasure to be there and photograph everything for you, and I hope you enjoy the photos!
