“Wear boots and warm clothes!” I wrote to Kiley the day before our session, knowing it would be a necessity. When we arrived on location, the sight was not for the faint of heart! We parked our cars in the parking lot, which was surrounded by walls of snow 8-9 feet high on an overcast day that was a bit (okay, really really) cold and with snow lightly falling. Kiley and Jared were so trusting to climb with over the snow banks, and into the pines and aspens where we started our session. You guys, we struck photographer GOLD that day. The light was perfect, Jared and Kiley are absolutely adorable and in love, and the setting for the session was undeniably one of the most beautiful places Utah has to offer. The worst part of the day was coming home and narrowing down the images to give back because so many of them were beautiful! In the end they ended up with the cream of the crop, and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. It was completely worth being waist deep in snow many times, cold hands, and next time I will bring snowshoes for everyoneJared and Kiley, thank you again for taking time to let me photograph you two and for allowing me to document your road to marriage! I can’t wait for your beautiful Spring wedding!
